Batman Begins
“Absolutely the best nolan's movie I've watched so far.”
absolutely the best nolan's movie I've watched so far. I know for sure that title will shift to The Dark Knight when I finally watch it and I'm so happy. I never knew how much Patrick Bateman Batman was and it excited me so much. the amount of reactions this movie got out of me was equal to all live-action Disney movie ten folded. what an incredible movie man.
even though I was doubtful at the beginning about Liam Neeson being anything more than saving his daughter, I was right and wrong, his presence was so perfect but his delivery was just tiny bit flat, making the whole "we do this shit for centuries" not as heavy as it should have been. the risk was not that high from him also. but it's okay he was great.
I think I watched too much Marvel and Spiderman in general and was getting a bit sick of people idolizing heroes, so watching no one in Gotham giving a damn about Batman healed my brain a bit because I don't need to deal with that one dumb kid running towards an explosion and Spiderman saves him and says some corny shit before swinging away. so that was great. everything made sense, every scene means something, characters were layered, not just randomly rendered. it was great.
and man, Cillian man, he was perfect. I was so sad he didn't get enough time to be evil as he deserves but goddamn such a shinning star of the whole movie, at times he was even better than Bale, steal the show away from him, which is great. I am so happy and I don't even know why.
Sir Michael Caine was great, Oldman was great, MORGAN WAS DOPE, the fact that I cannot recall the bad guy's name but remember "Mr. Fox" is really something else. this movie rules man.
